Caleta de Fuste in the municipality of Antigua is an up and coming resort on the east coast of Fuerteventura. Also known as El Castillo, (due to the Martello Tower situated in the busy harbour, built in 1743 by Claudio de Lisne, a military engineer), Caleta de Fuste is a modern, purpose-built resort with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
